Mental well-being belongs in the performance conversation.
Therapy can provide space to explore the emotional demands of sport, including pressure, confidence, identity, setbacks, and well-being.
Athletes and families can benefit from support that considers life beyond competition, including relationships and personal growth.

Have a question? Here is how to learn more about care and next steps.
Do you offer online therapy?
Telehealth therapy is available for eligible clients physically located in Texas and Minnesota, subject to appointment availability and applicable requirements.
Do you accept insurance?
We can discuss your insurance coverage and payment options during your consultation.
Is sports performance support the same as therapy?
No. Mental health therapy addresses psychological and emotional well-being. Any nonclinical performance coaching would be separate from psychotherapy.
